Elevator services the Apartment and the secure undercover car parking area for two vehicles. Entry into your apartment on level 2, with only two apartments on any given level. Entry opens up to a large fully self contained airconditioned apartment.

The modern kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, glass hot plates, microwaveand comes complete with all crockery, cutlery & cooking utensiles. Dining area will seat up to eight people. 
The living area is large, comes with sofa lounge that folds out for extra double bed. Lounge/dining area with TV,DVD & Stereo opens on to the balcony, which is complete with outdoor setting, bbq and overlooking the Convention Centre, Darwin Wharf & Harbour.

All bedrooms are fully airconditioned. Master bedroom with King bed (can split to two singles) has walk in robes, ensuite with toilet, shower & vanity. Both other bedrooms have King beds or King Twin Singles that can be configured to your individual needs. Second bathroom has shower over bath, vanity and separate toilet. Bathrobes provided to all rooms.There is a separate laundry with tub/washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus extra storage. Property will sleep up to 8 people.

Enjoy the balmy nights, watch the sunset over Darwin Harbour or take a dip in the Lap Pool on the escarpement.
